Walking into the salon always felt safe and uplifting, and they treated me with so much kindness and understanding during a really vulnerable time in my life. They helped beautifully style my wig so it felt natural and “like me,” and now my hair is growing back, they are guiding me through colouring and shaping my new hair with such patience and expertise. Their knowledge and reassurance made the whole process feel empowering rather than overwhelming. Sarah is a lovely girl I always enjoy a chat while she cuts my hair. A very good hairdresser she is. Melt has fantastic staff who are always smiling and welcoming, so is the little dog he is a real cutie and always jumps up to give me a cuddle.☺️. Highly recommend Melt to anyone looking for that special salon.

I love every salon visit. Cameron is always great! He has extensive colour knowledge and he gives excellent advice. Not to mention his craftsmanship with my hair type. He cuts and styles while saying, 'hold my beer'. All the staff are so friendly and just as talented. I've had great chats with Alyssa at the basin and with Sarah and Amelia over the multistyler. Such fun, great laughs!

I've come here for a few years. Everyone is so welcoming, warm and hilarious. It's a very fun environment and my hair always looks and feels amazing. Their products are quality, and it doesn't matter who cuts or washes, it's a consistently great experience. Over time the team have meticulously styled my fringe (haha! thanks Bec) and cultivated my waves. So affordable too. It's a good space if you feel awkward in the usual salons like I do! There are dogs, singalongs to the music playing, fun chats, and the only reason to stay away is to make it easier for me to book last minute 😆

My 1st time at Melt, won’t be going anywhere else again. Jenni is professional, caring and I walked out feeling fresh and pampered. Amelia did my hair cut, she did awesome job with my horrible fringe kinks and awful thin hair, making it appear fuller and healthier. Truly, thank you ladies
